Gerardo Marquez: They’re very nice people and they respond to any kind of questions do you have for them about your licence or plates i recomend the facility.I went to apply for lost title and they informed me that original title was never delivered due to incorrect address entered by the dealership. NFM: Todays DMV experience was amazing.I arrived at 7am and was on my way home at 7:45am. However the staff were out at 7:15 am verifying customer requests and directing customers to the appropriate line to stand in for service. Sonia Lopez: Today, they started doing appointments, waited 10 minutes, showed them my verifications and what type of service I needed and then on my phone they set me up on an appointment………… I waited in my car, not in line out in the cold, and ….About 10 minutes after waiting outside, someone walked outside and … The line was reasonable, however, it was difficult to know which line to wait in. Brandi W: I visited this located 45 minutes before closing.Friendly staff and they tried to keep the lines moving. But it could have been worst as I’ve heard of longer waits. Mesha P: I would say they did pretty good I did wait 2 hours and a half.
Dale Carter: Only had to get my title transferred a much shorter line people were all nice.I was here for plates, one of the few things without an appointment required. Currently you need to show up in person before 10am to make an appointment then come back later that day for service. Dave Werkema: This was the line at 3pm on a Tuesday.
And I don’t care how long she been there that’s the problem people get too comfortable and what I won’t allow is rudeness when I’m trying to handle business She has the nastiest attitude and definitely don’t know how to be professional asking me what I want.
